BERSTAKE LTD provides users (the “User” or “Users”) of this website https://berstake.com/ (the “BERSTAKE Platform”) with the following general information, in accordance with articles of Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The BERSTAKE Platform is managed by BERSTAKE LTD (hereinafter, “BERSTAKE”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom, with registered address at 15 Windsor Road, Waterlooville, PO7 6BA, United Kingdom which is registered in the UK Companies House under No. 15026712.
These are the Terms of Use of the BERSTAKE Platform and the BERSTAKE mobile application (the “BERSTAKE App”) which will govern your relationship as a User of the BERSTAKE website or/and the BERSTAKE App. In addition, for certain functionalities the particular conditions that are communicated for each case may apply.
All contractual documents between you and BERSTAKE will be referred to as the “Contractual Relationship”, which will apply to access, downloading, and use of the BERSTAKE Website or the BERSTAKE App. Finally, please note that when you contract services through the BERSTAKE Website or BERSTAKE App, the terms and conditions of the service provider will also apply to you, as explained below. These Terms allow you to access and use our website at https://berstake.com/, our online services, our BERSTAKE App, and other related services utilizing some or all of the above referred to in these Terms, collectively, as our “BERSTAKE Services.”
Using BERSTAKE Services
You are permitted to use BERSTAKE Services after registration.
You are responsible for ensuring personal information in your account profile is current and correct, especially your email address.
You are also responsible for maintaining adequate security, control, and confidentiality of your account information, including passwords, two-factor authentication codes, keys, or other codes associated with your account and any activity occurring within that account. The loss or compromise of this information may result in unauthorized access to your account, which may result in loss or theft of any Cryptocurrency held in your account.
Please contact us immediately at info@berstake.com describing the issue at hand as thoroughly as possible, including the date, type of problem, and part of the BERSTAKE Website or BERSTAKE Services in question of the problem.
You are responsible to (I) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (II) ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the BERSTAKE Services. We have no responsibility for any loss you incur as a result of failing to comply with the instructions outlined in this section or your failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that we may send to you.
Registration Requirements
BERSTAKE LTD reserves the right in its sole discretion not to open Accounts, temporarily or permanently suspend accounts, including where required or recommended by applicable governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement requirements. BERSTAKE Services are solely used by registered account holders. You agree that the information you provide to BERSTAKE during the account creation is accurate and complete, and will be updated from time to time as need be. You are not authorized to use the BERSTAKE Services if you are under 18 years of age.
Account and User Security
Each User is asked to have only one registered account on the BERSTAKE Platform. Registration by one person of more than one account in the structure of referrals, in order to obtain a commission on own staking deposits, will result in the suspension of the account and freezing of funds on all associated accounts. Each User is responsible for the security of their account. The highest account security is ensured by enabling two-factor authentication (at least for the login option). The User should use a strong password consisting of at least 6 characters, containing upper and lower-case letters, numbers, or special characters. The password should be different from the one you use, e.g., for the email box associated with the BERSTAKE account.

BERSTAKE LTD never asks for payments to external crypto wallets and never promotes/recommends any other investment platforms, programs, bots, and apps.
Staking / Top Up Wallet
Staking (Staking Investment) is a private contract between BERSTAKE LTD and the individual who has registered the account.
When making a staking deposit, the user entrusts their digital funds to BERSTAKE LTD and gives it the right to manage them in their best interest to provide rewards offered in the staking strategy of their choice.
The minimum amounts to be staked for each staking strategy are as follows:

Weekly rewards from the Staking Strategy will be added to the user's account every 7 days. The amount of weekly rewards depends on the staked amount and the selected Staking Strategy. To make a Staking Deposit, Users can use any payment system accepted by berstake.com. The value of the deposit will be expressed in the selected cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals
The user can request a withdrawal at any time as long as they have sufficient funds in their wallet balance.
BERSTAKE LTD cannot reverse or cancel cryptocurrency transfers made to a wrong wallet address. Please double-check your wallet address before you confirm the withdrawal request. Funds sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
BERSTAKE is not responsible for delays due to technical issues with the blockchain serving the individual cryptocurrencies.

Due to the highest security of our users' funds, each withdrawal must be approved manually by our employee (withdrawal operator).
Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We approve payments on an ongoing basis; the time of processing payments depends on the number of applications and the duration of any checks. The maximum withdrawal time is up to 48 hours.
Given that BERSTAKE LTD does not charge any withdrawal fees from users, we ask you to order withdrawals judiciously. Specifically, it is prohibited to split one balance amount into multiple small withdrawals, thereby exposing BERSTAKE LTD to unreasonable transaction costs.
BERSTAKE LTD is not responsible for the speed of the blockchain network for individual cryptocurrencies. With heavy network loads, confirmation time may be longer than usual.
Cryptocurrency Transactions
Cryptocurrency Value: At BERSTAKE, we want our users to be aware that Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. Engaging in buying, selling, or holding Cryptocurrency is inherently risky due to these rapid fluctuations in value.
Transaction Confirmations: All Cryptocurrency transactions are confirmed and recorded by a decentralized network of independent parties, not by BERSTAKE. Once a transaction request is submitted, it is irreversible and handled by this network. We merely facilitate the submission of your transaction request.
Limited Control: BERSTAKE does not have control over the decentralized Cryptocurrency network. As a result, we cannot guarantee the completion or speed of transactions. Delays or failures in transaction confirmations can occur due to reasons beyond our control.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your transaction details. Any errors or omissions made during transaction initiation are solely your responsibility. Always double-check transaction details before submission.
DISCLAIMER
Tax Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that arise from your transactions. BERSTAKE LTD ("BERSTAKE") is not liable to determine, report, or remit taxes on behalf of any user or to any authority.
Trading Risks: Cryptocurrency trading is inherently risky. Prior to engaging in trading, consider your financial situation, objectives, experience, and risk tolerance. Only invest what you're willing to lose. If uncertain, seek advice from an independent financial adviser. All content on berstake.com, including market commentary, doesn't constitute financial advice. BERSTAKE is not liable for losses that might arise from your reliance on any of its content.

System and Internet Risks: Internet-based trading is prone to risks like hardware or software failure, and internet connectivity issues. BERSTAKE doesn't oversee the reliability or constant availability of internet services and hence, isn't responsible for any disruptions, delays, or communication failures stemming from internet issues.
Content Accuracy and Changes: While BERSTAKE takes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its website content, it doesn't guarantee it. BERSTAKE isn't liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences stemming from content inaccuracies, or from sudden changes in content or any inability to access the website. The website content can change without prior notice.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use are subject to change periodically. You will be notified of any changes made by posting the updated Terms on the BERSTAKE Website, official social media accounts, and BERSTAKE App. Any amendment of Terms of Use becomes effective and applicable 7 days after the amendment is posted. Changes addressing new functions of BERSTAKE Services or changes made for legal reasons are effective immediately. Your use of the BERSTAKE Services following the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You must discontinue using the BERSTAKE Services if you do not agree to any amended Terms.
In Case of Errors or Questions
If you suspect any discrepancies in your account history or need further details about a transaction, please contact us promptly. To aid us in addressing your concerns:
Prompt Reporting: Notify us at support@berstake.com within sixty (60) days from the date the questionable event was recorded in your account history.
Provide Essential Details:
Your username and the email associated with your account.
A clear description of the suspected error or the transaction in question.
The exact date and amount related to the suspected error.
Investigation Process: We may take up to thirty (30) days to investigate your concern. If it's determined that we need this time:
We will provisionally credit your account with the disputed amount within ten (10) business days. This ensures you can access these funds during our investigation.
Should we conclude that no error occurred, we will provide you with a written explanation. You are entitled to request the documentation we relied upon during our investigation.
